I’m a 54 year old proud postmenopausal woman. I'm the mother, a partner in life and business, a chiropractor of 25 years, and a woman on a mission to teach other women how our female body works.

My journey began way back with my interest in science. Specifically human biology that led me to get my BS in biology at Iona College in New York. From there my personal experience with chronic pain in my spine led me to Life University School of Chiropractic in Georgia. This experience for me was way more than just an education in chiropractic and learning to adjust. It was a complete paradigm shift for me. Here is where I learned the power of the body to heal and that's where my journey into true health began.

As a chiropractor, I am rooted in a paradigm that taps into the innate ability of our bodies to heal. This power the body yields is unmatched and unparalleled to anything known to man. While the human body can be complicated and mysterious, there are so many things we do know. My passion is to help as many people as possible to access this knowledge by looking at the science, by implementing lifestyle changes, and by taking an introspective look at what your body is capable of.
